The acquisition will join FUGA’s industry-leading distribution platform, analytics and royalties processing tools, as well as its distribution and aggregation services businesses alongside Downtown’s suite of distribution and monetization capabilities operated across AVL.

FUGA will continue to operate as a standalone company within the AVL Digital Group, and the team will remain the same. All of us at FUGA are excited to be part of a group that shares our a la carte philosophy to providing tech and services to the music industry.
