FUGA has announced an exclusive partnership with Brazilian singer and songwriter Cynthia Luz, marking further expansion in the Latin American market. The partnership includes marketing strategy services in addition to distribution and support for future global releases.
With more than 1 billion Spotify streams and over 220 million YouTube views, Cynthia Luz is one of the most distinctive and powerful voices in contemporary Brazilian music. Known for her genre-blending sound rooted in rap, reggae, pop, and Música Popular Brasileira (MPB), she has built a major following through her versatility, and a deep sense of authenticity that resonates strongly with her audience.
“This partnership with FUGA comes at a really meaningful moment for me,” said Cynthia Luz. “I’m entering a new creative phase, and having a team that understands my vision and supports my growth means everything. I’m excited to take my music to new places with FUGA.”
The announcement follows the release of her latest album, Ponto Panorâmico – alongside lead single ‘Minha Varanda’, in collaboration with Nasri (vocalist of MAGIC!) – a genre-fluid project described by the artist as “music I wanted to make, without thinking about what’s blowing up.” Blending the warmth of reggae with pop, and rap, the album marks a new era in Cynthia’s artistic journey, grounded in nature, family, and connection.
“Cynthia represents exactly the kind of forward-thinking artist we aim to empower,” said Renato Vanzella, General Manager of LATAM at FUGA. “We’re excited to support her with a full range of services as she expands her reach both in Brazil and internationally.”
Ana Lopes, FUGA’s Senior Business Development Manager, Brazil has said, ‘Cynthia is stepping into one of the most creatively dynamic moments of her career, and with a strong slate of projects on the way, FUGA is proud to be supporting her next chapter.
Cynthia Luz joins FUGA’s growing roster of clients in the region – including Brazilian rock band, Fresno, DJ Bruno Martini, MC Tha and Sertanejo music duo, Cleber and Cauan – as the company continues to expand its presence and capabilities across Latin America.
